Sometimes talking to a group of strangers about one’s life decisions helps to crystalise the options to consider. In this interactive session we will look deeply at the questions:
Is the grass greener on the other side?
What is driving my decision making?
What is my ‘why’ per Simon Sinek’s golden circles?
As we go through this workshop we will uncover some of these answers and most importantly Mara, the tutor/facilitator will share with you some tools that may benefit you to help with making some of life’s challenging decisions.
What to expect:
In this workshop, you should expect a lot of interaction with other participants and Mara. It will begin with an ice breaker to help set the landscape and query from the group what drove them to sign up for this workshop. Next Mara will take you through some personal reflection questions and provide you a digital handout to help capture your responses. At different times you will be asked to share your thoughts and listen actively to others’ contributions with some time to ask one another questions.
The session will end with you having a bit more confidence to make your career decisions and a few more tools in your toolbox for future decision making.
This workshop is good for anyone considering a career change or needing some more tools to make decisions about one’s future. Mara, as co-director/co-founder of EduMenTeach Ltd, will honour your time in this session with a participation certificate.
Mara is looking forward to working with you and sharing effective tools that she has shared with 100s before helping make a difference in their lives and ultimately their happiness.
