Drawing on the results of your personal Snapshot or Individual report, you will build a unique insight into the 5 key sources of resilience (the pillars) and gain an accurate measure of your own strengths and development areas.

Source: The Wellbeing Project (Europe) Ltd

You will learn practical strategies, tactics and tools to bolster each pillar, giving you the resilience you need to respond positively to the various pressures and demands of your own particular environment.

The 5 Pillars Of Resilience

  1. Energy: Sustaining and renewing physical energy to have the capacity to keep going through challenging times.
  2. Future focus: Having a clear sense of purpose and direction to help to move forwards without getting stuck or feeling held back.
  3. Inner drive: Sustaining self-belief when times get tough, displaying confidence, motivation and perseverance.
  4. Flexible thinking: Having an open and optimistic mindset, enabling a positive and adaptive response to change and challenges.

Strong relationships: Building open and trusting relationships, and being willing to call on these for help and support if facing a challenge.

Pre-work: Complete the Wraw psychometric tool. Your Individual snapshot report will be emailed to you to review before the workshop. Personal results remain confidential unless participants choose to share their reports.

This service consists of psychometric assessment and small group facilitation for personal and professional growth.

The outcomes of this service will:

  • Gain a competitive edge by providing measurable insights into resilience and the impact on wellbeing
  • Provide reports and support for individuals, teams, leaders and organisations
  • Help individuals and organisations to minimise the risk of physical or mental well-being declining
  • Enable organisations to identify key pressure points or drainers in the workplace
  • Provide organisations with data and support to help them target investments in wellbeing initiatives more effectively to gain maximum return

Each Learned.Live teacher is awarded a 4 star review for every one of their courses we have approved, in line with our assessment. This is why some teachers will display more than one 4 star review from Learned.Live if they have had multiple courses rigorously assessed by our team. We would not approve a course application if we did not feel it warranted a default 4 star review. Teacher star ratings are an average of each of their courses star ratings and will become modified as more students review their course(s) over time
