Multi Class Course
A lot of people have some great solutions for their customers/teams/partners/managers etc, but when it comes to motivating the other party to 'come onboard' with the idea or solution they can fall flat. You may be excited and passionate about the potential outcomes of your idea, but how do you get others to buy-in?
This course over 5 weeks gives you the key skills to deliver solutions professionally, quickly and with the added 'Wow" factor. It covers the following areas:
1. What is the idea?
2. Does it have legs (do your clients, need it or even want it?)
3. Identifying challenges for your clients who did not know they even existed (pro-active)
4. Developing your pitch (1) Needs analysis
5. Developing your pitch (2) using the SPINSB process
6. Identifying the real 'decision makers'
7. Making the appointment
8. Presentation skills (online and face to face)
9. Structure of the pitch
9. Next steps (taking the initiative)
The objective of this course is to give start-ups, and small businesses heads or salespeople the key skills to identifying needs, preparing and delivering a pitch.
The course has been designed for those who have little or no knowledge of pitching ideas.
For the course, you will need to take notes, as there will be in-between actions from each module.
There will be between module actions to implement, these will vary depending on whether they are an existing start-up, small business or those thinking of entering the business world. Actions for current businesses will be to develop an idea with existing clients, for those who are starting a business there actions will be based on pitching to investors/banks/stakeholders.
These actions will be reviewed on a key development plan which each student will email to me weekly.
Philip has held senior director level roles in numerous companies as well as having two online platforms in India and Russia. For the past 20 years, he has worked as a management consultant globally, and for the last 10 of those, he has been focused on supporting start-ups and SME's either as a consultant, NED or advisor.
A key element of that work has been the 'real time' development of solution solving for his clients. He, therefore, has a great and in-depth understanding of the challenges faced when solution selling especially during the recent demanding times with the pandemic.
Each Learned.Live teacher is awarded a 4 star review for every one of their courses we have approved, in line with our assessment. This is why some teachers will display more than one 4 star review from Learned.Live if they have had multiple courses rigorously assessed by our team. We would not approve a course application if we did not feel it warranted a default 4 star review. Teacher star ratings are an average of each of their courses star ratings and will become modified as more students review their course(s) over time
