I have been Instructed, educated and schooled in energy work, as well as intermediate yoga, basic reflexology and intermediate zone therapy, facial workouts as well as breathwork and vocal techniques for opening and freeing the voice.
Having worked in the health arena for over 20 years I have amassed a number of health hints and tips which I can share with you via some very easy and effective practical exercises. These exercises can quite literally help you to take your health into your own hands.
I teach in the form of a Questions and Answer session, by hearing your questions on how you are feeling I can help guide you towards some tangible tips and or direct you towards some natural remedies or other practices that can help you on your way to good health naturally.
What the classes will consist of:
1. Breathing exercises in order to release tension, stress and strain.
2. All over body warm-up. Including self -massage and smoothing technique.
3. Bends and stretches/ Isolation exercises/ feel your body in space/ work on posture and alignment of the neck. Toning of the neck, face, jowls, arms and chest.
4. Face Yoga and Zone Therapy and Tapping.
5. Tai Chi based moves to circulate your Chi and Yoga-inspired moves and stretches
6. Humming for health and throat exercises
7. Find out what your ailments and aches might be trying to tell you by understanding the principle that the body speaks the mind.
8. If you have any particular health challenges towards the end of the session I am happy to offer advice.
The way I teach is in a very practical way. Working from head to toe I give a series of simple exercises designed to be easy to follow. During the classes as well as after the course you will feel you have gained greater energy, feel less constricted and more open physically. You will have more mental clarity and feel an overall sense of physical wellbeing. I will give you tools and techniques to tap into your own energy reserves. You will have a daily routine at your fingertips to help you quite literally take your health into your own hands. The tools I offer are from personal experience but we will also draw upon the work of globally known health gurus as well as the works of highly qualified practitioners. My approach is fun, supportive and my aim is to inspire you and help you feel a wonderful sense of well-being.
