I have been Instructed, educated and schooled in energy work, as well as intermediate yoga, basic reflexology and intermediate zone therapy, facial workouts as well as breathwork and vocal techniques for opening and freeing the voice. Having worked in the health arena for over 20 years I have amassed a number of health hints and tips which I can share with you via some very easy and effective practical exercises. These exercises can quite literally help you to take your health into your own hands. I teach in the form of a Questions and Answer session, by hearing your questions on how you are feeling I can help guide you towards some tangible tips and or direct you towards some natural remedies or other practices that can help you on your way to good health naturally. What the classes will consist of: 1. Breathing exercises in order to release tension, stress and strain. 2. All over body warm-up. Including self -massage and smoothing technique. 3. Bends and stretches/ Isolation exercises/ feel your body in space/ work on posture and alignment of the neck. Toning of the neck, face, jowls, arms and chest. 4. Face Yoga and Zone Therapy and Tapping. 5. Tai Chi based moves to circulate your Chi and Yoga-inspired moves and stretches 6. Humming for health and throat exercises 7. Find out what your ailments and aches might be trying to tell you by understanding the principle that the body speaks the mind. 8. If you have any particular health challenges towards the end of the session I am happy to offer advice. The way I teach is in a very practical way. Working from head to toe I give a series of simple exercises designed to be easy to follow. During the classes as well as after the course you will feel you have gained greater energy, feel less constricted and more open physically. You will have more mental clarity and feel an overall sense of physical wellbeing. I will give you tools and techniques to tap into your own energy reserves. You will have a daily routine at your fingertips to help you quite literally take your health into your own hands. The tools I offer are from personal experience but we will also draw upon the work of globally known health gurus as well as the works of highly qualified practitioners. My approach is fun, supportive and my aim is to inspire you and help you feel a wonderful sense of well-being.
I am so passionate about natural health. I believe everyone is entitled to experience and enjoy the energy which is who they are and which is their birthright and that people can, with some help have the capacity to heal themselves. I have always had a huge interest in health and helping people to achieve their goals of being healthy and happy and have long understood the body-mind-spirit soul connection. I have also worked at a leading Holistic Centre in Surrey where I also co-organized a series of successful wellness days which were regarded as one of the premier health and wellbeing events in Surrey. I have been an executive for an innovative and leading globally known natural health Organisation called Neways (Now Modere) creating awareness of natural health, personal care and nutritional products. At a local level, I have also worked on the well-being of new and existing members at both Banatynes (Then Weybridge health club) and Nuffield Health (Then Cannons) Part of my work at the Holistic centre was in an advisory role where I was able to give tangible tips and exercises to help each individual as well as recommending experts and others in the field who could offer specific solutions to the individuals' condition I called it 'Hunters Holistic Health Highway'. The Highway will also be part of one of the sections in the classes you undertake with me. Originally I trained as a dancer and actress at the Guildford school of acting and it was there that I learned a lot about how to energize the body and open up the voice for self -expression. This was done by a number of energy exercises and voice work including working on the musical scale in order to open up the chakras, care and circulate the chi and gain and create more space and resonance within. These and many more exercises have I continued to employ in my ongoing work. It really is true “If you can “act” happy and healthy you can in reality be happy and healthy.
There is no adult themes or anything that would cause upset. Just pure joy and gaining greater energy.

I love to see people light up when they discover they can move, express themselves, find their own unique style and have fun in the process. “Dance first think later” is what playwright Samuel (Waiting for Godot) Beckett was quoted as saying which is a philosophy I totally agree with. Don’t worry, or over analyze, simply watch, follow, listen to the rhythm, relax into it have fun. Believe me the feet will follow. People tell me I make dance look for effortless and easy and that is how it will feel for you. Those who have taken classes with me say they feel my energy is infectious and it has allowed them to let go of any worries or inhibiting feelings they may have about stepping into the spotlight or expressing their own signature moves. By stepping aboard Suzanne’s Dance mobile I can help you gain greater mobility, simply get moving or go full throttle. You can arrive at your destination in your own time, at your own pace as a better dancer, feeling more freedom in your movement or just simply feeling better in yourself with some health busting moves. I can offer you a journey where you’ll discover or rediscover the joy of dance. free flowing, fun, rhythmic and great for fitness too. Taking simple steps my aim is to make it easy to follow and most importantly have fun! I will help you link up these moves into a short flowing routine.

Helping you dance from your heart and soul as well as your sole! So whether you want to dance like Fred Astaire or Ginger Rodgers and relive those dance hall days, get down like James Brown or shake your booty like Beyonce I can coach you and coax you onto the dance floor helping you feel free of any inhibitions , and dance like no one’s watching.
