Multi Class Course
Many people are very reluctant to give first aid for fear of doing something wrong. I want to encourage my students and build their confidence to make a difference in someone's life which goes far beyond knowledge. Course participants learn simple to follow steps for emergency care and practice applying skills in a non-stressful learning environment. We will focus on situations that can occur in a day to day need situation. For this reason, we practice with tools that everyone has available at home.
This course is divided into two sections.
Section 1 (Primary Care/ CPR) focuses on the steps and techniques for handling life-threatening emergencies. We will practice skills for aiding patients who are not breathing, have any heartbeat, may be in shock or have a spinal injury. You will learn how to perform CPR.
Section 2 (First/ Second Aid) how to provide first aid. You will learn to assess injuries and practice bandaging and splinting.
I prefer to have an open discussion and interaction. Students should place their questions directly.
The goals of this course are, that students have a simple CPR and first aid protocol that promotes long-term memory retention.
Please note: If you do not see a time or date listed for a course that interests you, please message me with possible dates and times. I will do my best to offer a session that will work for your schedule.
A day of practising life-saving methods can seem like a challenge. This encourages many to start researching first aid procedures in an effort to get a head start. Don’t make this mistake. A great first aid training course won’t require any prior knowledge of first aid or emergency response. Simply come to my class and you learn everything you need.

Hi, I´m Natascha. For the moment now I live somewhere in Germany.
I have had over 14 years of background in the international finance and banking industry where I successfully established new organizational working practices in several international teams, set up governance frameworks, introduced new tools, and transferred knowledge to employees to enable them to successfully meet new challenges. In 2019 I decided to reposition myself to live a life I love.
I qualified as an Open Water Scuba Instructor and Emergency First Response Instructor and have travelled the world to places I have long dreamed of visiting.
My philosophy is to keep things simple. Complex and complicated topics I explain in an easy-to-understand language. Everyone should have fun, which is essential for learning. That´s why I design my courses in a positive, upbeat environment. All my knowledge, personal experience, and for sure my passion, I share. I am a patient, fun-loving person and this is adapted into my teaching style. I always try to make things fun and interactive and ensure that there is comprehension within the learning. I hope to inspire others to follow their dreams because anything is possible.
Each Learned.Live teacher is awarded a 4 star review for every one of their courses we have approved, in line with our assessment. This is why some teachers will display more than one 4 star review from Learned.Live if they have had multiple courses rigorously assessed by our team. We would not approve a course application if we did not feel it warranted a default 4 star review. Teacher star ratings are an average of each of their courses star ratings and will become modified as more students review their course(s) over time.
