So I am kirk and I love everything food, cooking and especially eating (never trust a super skinny chef). I worked in hospitality my most of my life and have a passion for service and communication with others. My real passion is in the pastry section of a kitchen and I appear to be making too much ice cream in my spare time. My aim to is to teach everyone who joins my classes to either better their technique or improve their repertoire of recipes. I am on hand to answer questions about all thing's cookery in my sessions, and I am planning on running a live lesson where we cook together in a large group or 1-1 sessions. Happily taking requests on things you want to learn.
Qualifications & Experience
10 years experience working for well known chefs such as Aldo Zillii and Raymond Blanc
NVQ level 1 and 2 Food preparation and cookery
Level 2 food safety and hygiene
